Problems with refreshing finds in self support

I normally use self support to refresh my finds every 7-10 days with no problems. I have been trying to do this since the weekend but I now have a captcha box (not seen this before) so i put in the answer and click refresh finds and the box changes to sending, but nothing ever happens, the job isn't sent and my finds are not refreshed. Any advice would be gratefully received. Thanks

Works for me. An obvious question, but you are filling in the captcha correctly aren't you? E.g. if it shows 4+5, you enter 9, not "4+5".

Hiya, yes, i have to confess the first time I tried i copied the text but then realised what was required, so I have been putting in the answer to the question but just get as far as sending........
