Can I run a map of challenges for a friend just like I do for myself

Even though it might not be totally accurate it would be helpful to get a map with the challenges for a friend whether he/she qualifies or not or it is unknown.

No, you cannot. Even if you look up someone else's profile in map compare, the challenge qualify icon represents your qualification, not the person you looked up.
