Do you think we should send out newsletters more often, more seldom or keep it like it is?

For those that aren't aware, you can enable our newsletters by visiting settings at Project-GC. By clicking your username in the top right corner, and then settings. You need to add and verify an email address first.
closed with the note: We will keep posting major news when we have them, which seems to be about once per month. More frequent information will be posted on Facebook.

Like all the others: rather send a short newsletter each time when something happens then stick to a fixed schedule.
this could be ideal also for me
Exactly as the two persons above state...
Keeping it simple and clean would be great, the best course of action is to keep clutter down as much as possible, and have like a Newsletter option for those that only want the big updates, and not every scrap of info flooding our email accounts.
Definitely no more than once a month I think.

What could be ideal for you? There are different options the idea is to say which one you support and why.

Other...there is a simple saying KISS meaning keep is simple stupid.  Most people do not want their emial accounts flooded with every scrap of information.

I would perfer to have the updates that have been implemented. Not what is in the works 12 months down the road.  Keep it short, simple and to the point.

Anything more should have hyper links to go to the information, or simply give us an option of what kind of newsletter we would like to recive.  Standard, which you have, Short and Sweet, or Let me know everything.

I agree with mirabilos.

You don't need to send the newsletter on a regular basis, just send one when you have to tell something. Don't waste too much time with writing newsletters...

Agree with DerLakaiMS's statement. Not at a fixed schedule but a short message at the time when something happens/changes ...

Make different Newsletters for different Topics. So everyone can pick the one he likes..

That kinda defeats the logic of doing market research to find out what people want. Doing a lot of work to produce newsletters no one wants isn't a productive use of the very limited resources of the project-gc guys. Far better they use the results of the newsletter to produce the most popular option.

It should remain as it is

i think one newsletter per week will get the best results.

I would like to know, news about new functions or tools and news about new souvenirs, or special events. That cominbation would give me the best usability for a good newsletter.
