Checker for three challenges on webcam caches
Hi there,
Having talked to one of my wonderful responsible reviewers, I'll be allowed to publish three webcam cache challenges and need checkers for them. I'd appreciate your help.

GCB89P2 (will be 25 or 30, not sure yet - so depending on how difficult it is to change the number, I'll come back for this one?)
