[Resolved] Help please - Discrepancy between different checkers

Hi there, I'm not sure if this is the right forum to post this question so please feel free to move it to correct one if necessary.

I have multiple challenges including two that have similar checker output. A cacher has told me they are getting different results when they run the two checkers and we can't figure out why there is a difference. I'm hoping someone here to help us out and explain why (and fix the problem if there is one).

Here's the first checker - https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GC8ZME1/59054
According to this checker, the cacher is missing Dec 10 in their traditional calendar grid.

But if they run this checker https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GC9JYR0/64676 Dec 10 is filled in for the traditional found calendar. I also ran the cacher against this checker https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GC95N1Q/58334 and it also says Dec 10 is filled in.

I haven't include the cacher's name here just for privacy reasons, but if it is necessary, I can provide it via DM. I could also show you the screenshots of their output if there was a way to add pix here.

So the question is why is this happening? What is the difference between these checkers? If anyone could help out, that would be greatly appreciated.

I've already done a rudimentary search through their traditional finds manually (via GC.com's filters) and I actually don't see a Dec10 find either. For other challenges, I've seen it where the checker output is "clickable" so that it shows you which cache is used for each "square". Is there any way to add that functionality to the https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GC9JYR0/64676 checker (that's my challenge anyways) so we can click on Dec10 to see which cache it's using for that date? That could be a great help to figure this out.

I may be reaching here but perhaps there's something going on with how the different challenge criteria and "caveats" are processed by each checker or the order it processes them? Or maybe it's related to something like when the caches are logged or maybe there's a time zone issue?

Any help in solving this mystery would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

If it helps, I'm only really concerned about updating this challenge checker right now - https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GC9JYR0/64676. Is the problem that the code/logic/programming for this particular checker is used by multiple other challenges and therefore modifying it could impact many other checkers as well?

YES! Thank you THANK YOU! Mystery solved. I believe I've found the cache in question now thanks to that new checker. It appears there was one cache which the cacher logged twice so as a result, the https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GC8ZME1/59054 checker works as designed and only used that cache for the first date it was found (which was not the Dec10th).

The problem I have now is I also asked for the 2nd checker https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GC9JYR0/64676 to have the same criteria as that first checker including the 'caches logged multiple times will only be used on the first date it was found' caveat. It appears now that isn't working on that checker. Could it please be modified to include that criterion so that it matches that first checker?

Thanks.

Here are two checkers which have the functionality to click
This way you can check yourself without disclosing the name

Unfortunately we can not use this script as a multitest checker
