2 caches with at least 400 favorites each
1 cache with at least 500 favorites

            <description><![CDATA[ Generally I advise people not to clone checkers, and to ask a tagger to clone them on their behalf instead, since (non-tagger) cloned tags are immutable. <br />

In the off chance that [the cache owner decides to change/Reviewer requests a change], the tag can easily be altered to meet the new conditions, instead of a whole new listing/GC# needing to be created.]]></description>
