I believe it will now be satisfactory but let me know if I am wrong.

I have also looked at the previous request and can see that while Australia and the US are about the same land mass area, there are 2 different systems used for the functions carried out. The US has 10 times the population, about 50 States and 3000 Counties while Aust. has 8 States and Territories and about 600 LGA's. Both levels carry out different functions so there is no way of comparing them.

I am lucky to have placed my Sutherland Shire Cachers' Challenge GC4YC2C in 2014. People come from all around the State to work on it and I am now understanding why.

Challenges based on geographic areas other than countries, states/provinces, counties (or their local equivalent). Examples: user-defined mapping polygons, latitude/longitude, radius, etc.

In other words, the "smallest" area that you can require in a Challenge cache is a county. In your case, you are in the country of Australia, the state of New South Wales, and the county of Sutherland -- so there is no smaller you can go.
