(1) I notice that your cache is missing the 'Challenge cache' attribute. This attribute is necessary in order to identify your cache as a challenge cache. It is possible that it was Project-GC's systems that automatically disabled the challenge checker because the attribute is missing.

This is the sixth or seventh attribute on the cache edit page, and looks like a person climbing stairs.

(2) I have worked with admins to determine the owner of the tag. I have reached out to them as well.
