Germany, new county Germany has a new county since 2026-01-01, it enters Project-GC today. The new county is Hanau (https://www.openstreetmap.org/relation/535895). If I understand it correctly it has been broken out of "Main-Kinzig-Kreis". It's a city that's not it's own "county". They are both in "region" Hessen.
