I'd like a checker for 16 completed years on the jasmer grid. Doesn't matter which years as long as they include all 12 months of the year (or 8 for yr 2000). I qualify with 2002-2017 filled but my last needed cache for 12/2004 was found today and Project GC hasn't updated yet. Otherwise I do qualify.
