[Resolved] GC8N1QJ 12 type/size every month

Hello

Would you please help me create a checker for this challenge

GC8N1QJ : This challenge is to find 12 caches of each type and size every month of the year.
Type: Traditionel, Multi, Mystery
Size: Micro, Small, Regular

I do not know what can be done script-wise so I will let you decide if the same cache can be used for both type and size. I would prefer if it can.

However the 12 finds must be on different dates of the month.

Example:
Find 12 traditional, multi and mysteries and find 12 Micro, small and Regulars in january
It has to be on different dates fx. on the 1. 2. 3. 6. 8. 9. 10. 11. 17. 24. 26. 27.
Find 12 traditional, multi and mysteries and find 12 Micro, small and Regulars in february
It has to be on different dates fx. on the 3. 5. 8. 9. 10. 11. 12. 13. 17. 24. 26. 28.
…
Find 12 traditional, multi and mysteries and find 12 Micro, small and Regulars in december
It has to be on different dates fx. on the 3. 4. 7. 9. 10. 11. 15. 16. 17. 21. 24. 25.
the year doesn’t matter

Thank you in advance :-)

I just need to be sure, that I understand you correct.
The challenge checker is set to check for seperate dates even though it is not specified in the checker output?

Hello

Yes, 864 is correct if it is diferent caches

however you can use the same cache for both size and type and if you do that the minimum requirement is 864/2 = 432 different caches.

So minimum 432 and maximum 864

Its ok not to have separate result for every month - it would just be easier to get a clear picture of missing month types and sizes, for those who are not qualified yet.

Kind regards

I found that the script is not compatible with your requirements.

If I got it right (this time), It requires 6 separate checks for all three types and sizes and every check requires 12 different find dates for every 12 month = 144 finds x 6 = 864 finds totally.

To get separate result for every month requires 6 x 12 = 72 different checks. It is too many.

Could you verify that 864 finds is the correct amount of caches required to qualify?

Hello

I am so sorry, that i did not get back to you. You put in a lot of work and the least I can do is reply with a big thank you. :-)

I had to put it aside for a while, but now i'm back in business :-)
I have tried running the checker, but I'm not sure, if I understand the output.

In january one have to find (at least) 12 traditional, 12 multi, 12 mystery on different dates
However the output shows much more than 12 finds of each type.
Could you amend it, so it would only be the first 12 finds of each type that is shown?
And could you amend it so the Qualifying result is shown after each month?

12 Small GC12DE7 - Earth Day Trash Cache (2008-12-06)
