There are only 20 EarthCaches world-wide that were published in 2004. Of that, only 1 in Canada (Ontario) and 7 in the USA. This is extremely limited and would prevent most people from being able to complete this challenge.


If you can change the requirements to be each year starting in 2005, then it will be acceptable. Please re-submit for review once the change has been made.
