A script can since about a month ago return a timeout, properly. Before it did just timeout and in some cases the process kept running server side. Quite heavy for the system in some case. The auto-challenge-checkers in the background produced a lot of these. Anyway. I made some patches and fixed that part. PHP does seem to have a bit of a strange behavior in some cases though, but I believe it should work now. There was a mistake while implementing this though. There were no syntax errors returned for developers (or others) when the script utterly failed. Instead it seemed like the user failed the challenge.
