Updating polygon data for Finland. We use official data records from "Finnish Lantmäteriet". Earlier we had version 2016, now updating to 2017. There seem to be ~10 more counties now than before. When I thought it had increased I didn't think about the fact that Åland is it's own country in the Groundspeak world.
