I think challenges with "some number of active caching days" sometimes still get allowed, even when more than 365 days are required.

P.S.:
Please note that the challenge cache owner must fulfill his own challenge conditions, otherwise the reviewer will not publish it.

The Guidelines do not allow that:

after my previous challenge proposal was unfortunately not accepted, I would like to submit one final alternative that is clearly verifiable and fully checker-based.

Challenge Requirements:

The cacher must:

Have found at least one cache in every county, region, and independent city of Lower Saxony (Niedersachsen).
Additionally, have at least 900 cache finds with the “Horses Allowed” attribute.

Both requirements shall be verified exclusively through Project-GC.

Checker Evaluation:

Verification that the cacher has at least one find in every county, the Region of Hannover, and every independent city within Lower Saxony.
Verification that the cacher has accumulated at least 900 finds carrying the “Horses Allowed” attribute.
The checker should provide only a simple pass/fail result without revealing any additional information.

Concept Behind the Challenge:

This challenge combines comprehensive caching activity across the entire state of Lower Saxony with an exceptional achievement in attribute collection. If your reviewer does not allow to count how many caches you found that are the ones with most FP at the time of running the checker, then you need to give up this challenge idea.

Please let us know if you would like to request a checker for a different kind of challenge or if we can cancel this request.

P.S.: Can you please give an example where you or some else has the "Most favorited" extreme achieved in his statistics for a cache that has fewer favorite points than the current most favorited one? I am looking to create a challenge checker for the challenge:
* Find the most favourite pointed cache in 5 different countries.

The intention is that this needs to be tied to PGC's extremes by area statistics. One of these is Most Favourited. How this stat works is you achieve it if you find the cache with the most favourite points in the country at the time of the find. Should another cache overtake it in the future, you still retain the award.

The checker I had created previously did not use this stat, and rather did a manual search for the highest FP'd cache at the time of running the checker, and seeing if the user had found it.

The reviewer's feedback was that this specifically is not permissible given it is a 'moving target' but the PGC method would work since it is fixed (you achieved the award, or have not).
