I have had this challenge on my watch list for a while - I used the checker (in header) again today to note how many counties that qualify so far - says 23/24 - so I then went through my caches to see which counties were close - I noted that Clwyd (Wales) which I have listed as having found 140 caches in, did not come up on the list and so in theory I should already qualify. Is there a reason why Clwyd does not appear ?
