This challenge requires you to have acquired 25 Gemstones on the Project-GC BadgeGen tab in your statistics. The gemstones are the four highest levels of the eight levels: Diamond, Emerald, Sapphire, and Ruby.

I'm sorry but that's against the current challenge cache guidelines:

4. Source of Criteria: must come from information broadly available on Geocaching.com such as on the statistics page, cache placement dates, types, attributes, souvenirs, etc.

BadgeGen data doesn't come from the above.

OK, thanks. I see now that all project-gc stats are not also Geocaching.com stats.
