I'd like a checker please, if possible, that confirms that at the time of signing the log, a cacher's caching karma is at least 1.5. Thank you

This challenge isn't permitted under the following rules (http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=206#criteria):
Rule 10: Prohibited: Requiring cachers to own a cache.
Rule 14: Not finding caches: design that limits or punishes any element of finding caches.
