Is there a way to have a checker for this cache? Find a cache with 100 different people?

Totally impossible. Even if we had access to the previous/next logs it would be impossible to accurately detect when the cache was found together or not (e.g. "Arrived a few minutes after mole125 was there" vs "arrived a few minutes after mole125 and found the cache together").
