If I understand your challenge correctly, then I unfortunately do not think a checker is possible, since that information is not available for use in challenge checkers.

And a checker who verifies the discovery of 4 precise caches.

Yes, I am saying that it is not possible to create a checker that determines if you have found those four caches, to the best of my knowledge.
