Would it be possible to create a checker for having found a certain number of Lab Caches or Adventure Caches?

Unfortunately that's against rule 10 of the challenge cache guidelines:

Source of Criteria: Not Acceptable: Trackable, Benchmarking, Waymarking logs, or specifying Lab Cache finds.
