[Cancelled] Checker question

I have a question for the checker creators. Is a challenge checker for a challenge that requires 50 caches whose titles are in all caps ok?

I have talked to my local volunteer reviewer and he does not see a conflict with the current challenge checker rules since it is not asking for a specific word on the title. In his estimation, if you concur, he will have no problem publishing such a challenge as long as there are enough such caches in a reasonable chunk of my area. I've confirmed that there are more than 85 such caches near me.

It is still based on a cache title which is not allowed. HQ will not accept this
