Fairly straightforward: 10+ Community Celebration events, none owned by the Challenge's finder.

All CC events qualify, even any tenth-anniversary events in 2010.

Please check with your reviewer. Because Community Celebration Events are not commonly available, it may be considered unfair to any cachers who start caching between periods when they are available.

The disappointing response from the reviewer:

"Regarding your proposed cache, 'The Social Distancing Challenge', (GC8XTAC): While it's not clear from the publically available help pages, challenges based on 'rare' event types such as Giga-Events and Community Celebration Events are not permitted."

As such, kindly disregard my request for a checker.
