Request a checker for my new challenge. "GC6X74F - Bootsdriver challenge - reloaded"

The challenge can be met in of the following way:

Find 100 caches with T5 AND attribute "boat" within 12 months (whenever, not necessarily within the "last" 12 months).
Finds can consist caches of any kind - but not own caches.

We can provide you with a checker however the time element (year) is not acceptable under the new guidelines

9. Time-Limited - Not Acceptable
Time-limited caching: as in some number of finds per day, week, month, or year. Example, Busy Day, 50 finds in a day, 500 finds in a month, etc. (new 2016)

Didn't find this restriction in the german official translation of the new rules.
I'll clarify this with my reviewer and write back soon.
