[Cancelled] New checker, two months same cache total

Reaching out for a new challenge checker, here's the idea:

I have two months this year with the same number of find (both March and June have 332 finds). Wasn't planned, but make me think of an interesting challenge.

Have a challenge where the cacher must have the same number of finds in any two months of caching.

To qualify, there would be a minimum number of finds required (could be as low as 1), but 0 does not count. There is no maximum.

Wonder if this type of challenge is allowed, as it would be cumulative over years (both months do not need to be in same year), but does not look at cumulative finds per month in various years.

Have bounced this off a community reviewer, there are two ways to look at this cache:

A good starting point for such challenge ideas is here

This challenge may encourage more finds by a cacher to match a previous higher monthly total. However, it may do the opposite, and have a cacher restrict finding more in the current month to match a lower monthly total.

Here is the specific item the community reviewer was concerned about

Both are possible, only up to the cacher how they meet the challange.

Would it be possible to have a challenger checker written to verify you have two previous month totals of the same value, minimum 1 cache find? This would also ignore current month totals, and all cache finds count, even lab caches.

This challenge criteria is not matching the guidelines in any way and will always "Time-Limited"

Time-limited caching: as in some number of finds per day, week, month, or year.
