[Cancelled] Can a challenge use counties to spell cacher name?

I know we can't use caches to spell a cacher name, but is it possible to use counties? Are cache finder names allowed to be used for a challenge? I haven't see a challenge based on this, but it seems to fit the rules. Any ideas?

Hi,

I think it is not possible:

Not akzeptable: Challenges based on words or letters. Examples: use 
the first letter of regions of found caches to spell a word, find caches with 
attributes that begin with a certain letter, find caches in counties with the 
same name. (Added July 2021)
