I need to create a specific challenge checker.

The purpose of my checker is to verify a specific number of caches loged by the potential geocachers.

This are 6 earthcaches as follows:

GC1AH65, Differential weathering - DP/EC16
GC1CEF9, Weathering Heights - DP/EC17
GC3VNCX, Taffoni, Sintra
GC3W18Z,She moves in misterious way
GC79HEK, Missing your touch
GC80JY9, A hole in my soul

How can I do this?

Is it possible to create a new challenge checker applied only to Earthcaches in Sintra region in Portugal?
If this is possible how can I do it?

Yes this is possible.
Just gives us the challenge criteria and the GCcode and we will make the checker

LOG of found in all the Earthcaches in Sintra - Lisbon.

I just checked the quantity (27) of Earthcaches available and I expect that your reviewer will not accept 25 caches
