Is it possible to make a 2 part checker that is height specific?
Eg find caches that are above 1100mtrs in a region, and be able to change the region to suit.

You asked a checker for two caches in the same region above 1100 meters

If for example Budgietas would use this checker his result would be

Please post a GCcode to attach to the checker so I can enable it and you can test it yourself

i do not have a gc for this idea yet
i need to experiment with a few things first
i thought maybe i could do a search and find the relevant caches then build a challenge from that
like 10 caches per region in Australia. but if there are not 10, how many.

no search parameters allow a height so i thought maybe there was something out there i could find or use.

i found a checker that tells me how many i have found but it doesn't let me search for others to fulfill the task

Checkers can not search for cachers

Just use the top list for elevation to search for caches above a specific height. You don't need a checker for this.
