Looking for a checker to determine if 98% of all active caches within the county except other challenges are found.

Output to list remaining caches that still need to be found. (if less than 100 caches remaining to be found) even if qualified to allow completion to 100% if they want.

I think you will have a problem with that one
challenge guideline #12 not allowed

Can we remove this post as a duplicate of the other?
