for our next geocache we need a challenge checker with the following requirements:

Find 15 caches from the list of "Geocaches of the Week".

The official list from HQ is https://www.geocaching.com/plan/lists/BM6APMF.

The list is updated weekly with the new "geocache of the week" so the checker should use the actual list.

However the guidelines is not clear when a bookmark is not under the primary control of the owner of the cache

Please ask advice from yor local reviewer
If you ask by posting a reviewer note on the cache page, remember that you have to submit the cache for review for the reviewer to see your question

sorry, but I can't understand. Your link says

YES: A challenge based on caches with at least X number of Favorite Points can be published, as the information comes from Geocaching.com.

NO A challenge based on elements under the cache owner’s primary control is not acceptable: examples, my favorites, my caches, bookmark lists, caches by this owner, or this group.

The OFFICIAL bookmarklist from Groundspeak headquarter is NOT UNDER MY PRIMARY CONTROL because this special list is published by Groundspeak HQ and I have no chance of any influence of this list.

There are / were several Challenge caches with the same subject:

I'm aware of this mentioned caches but
GC4QEJK is a legacy cache and GC6WDWF was a copy of this and might have slipped through

HQ has told me not to issue bookmark checkers
Please ask advice from yor local reviewer

Since the geocaches of the week can only be identified by a specific list, they do not qualify as eligible challenge cache criteria.

Thus, your cache cannot be published as-is.
