[Awaiting feedback] Checker Request: 333 Concentric Circles

I am planning a cache called "333 concentric circles". Is there a chance for the following challenge checker: Starting from the home coordinates, a geocache must have been found within a radius of 33.2 km in every 100 meter area. 33,2 km result in 333 concentric circles. Can such a checker be built?

What a checker can not do
* The checkers does not have access to the user's home coordinates. Challenges are not allowed to be based upon them either, and haven't been allowed to for several years. This is a matter of integrity.

But apart from this, your challenge criteria is not allowed according to the Hiding guidelines 2.12.10 Source of Criteria
Not acceptable

Challenges based on geographic areas other than countries, states/provinces, counties (or their local equivalent). Examples: user-defined mapping polygons, latitude/longitude, radius, etc.
