[Resolved] Need a checker for GCBE78Y Challenge - All regions in Scandinavia

Hi!

I'm creating a series of Challenge caches that have slightly more difficult requirements.
Therefore, I would like to have a Challenge Checker for the caches.

GC code for the cache.

The challenge is explained
Challenge - Found a cache in all regions in the Scandinavian countries.
To log this challenge you must have found caches in at least 21 regions in Sweden, 5 regions in Denmark and 15 regions in Norway.

It is also desirable that when you run the checker and get the answer.
Then it should say how many you have passed or how many are left. for an approval.

I have passed the cache's requirements myself.
