[Resolved] Possible - checker for specific county name multiple states

I'd like to ask if this challenge would be possible to make a checker.
There are 16 US states with the name Wayne County. I'd like to check to see if someone has found at least 1 cache in any 4 of them. Here's a list from wikipedia:
