can someone please create a copy of this checker:
https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GCAF6HW/81862 just for the GCcode GCBQ3Y7? Is this challenge condition compatible with todays rules?

Depends on your reviewer. Sometimes birthday challenges still get published, sometimes not.
Just ask your reviewer if he would allow it.

Do you just want day 1-31 to match hidden days or the entire calendar date MM-DD?
