[Resolved] Static checker Elevation bingo in meters, 3 digits.

Good morning sirs and or madams.
May I please have a static checker made - no GC code would be connected to it since, as several of you have already wisely observed, this type of challenge would likely not get published, or could push elevation challenges off the map altogether.

The challenge would be 3 digit elevation bingo, but using meters. There was an excellent checker made that uses feet and due to rounding of numbers when converting, certain elevations are almost impossible, with the range you need to hit being much smaller due to that rounding up or down issue. Here is the portion of that discussion looking at how it is designed:
The challenge is much like the coupon collector's problem. Find 1000 geocaches with elevations (in feet above sea level) having all of the last three digits ranging from 000 through 999 rounded up or down from the first decimal place. The rest of the elevation digits don't matter, just the last three. So the geocache I found at 11,024' scores me a point for the last three digits "024". When I found another cache at 7,024' it would also count for "024" which I already had. But finding a cache at 7021' would score me an extra point since I don't have "021" yet.
