I need a Challenge-Checker for the following cache owned by us (member: hcdv)


GC42D8T - 20000 Meter über dem Meer (Alpen) - Challenge

That cache is from 2012, therefore old guidelines were used.


Requirements:

- search for caches found by member
- caches must be placed in one or more of the following countries:
France, Germany, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Austria, Italy, Slovenia
and
must be placed in the following coordinates-square:
N 43°00.000 to N 48°00.000 and E 5°00.000 to E 16°00.000
- relevant is the height of the (virtual) position where the cache-icon is listed
- the height could be rounded to the next 50 meters

There is an altitude sum checker (Altitude sum checker(by jpavlik) ) but it's only based on countries not on a coordinates-square. This needs a script adjustment by the script writer.

Yes, I know.
But for our Challenge-Cache it is necessary to summarize only caches, which are located in the Alps.
In this square you can locate the complete region of the Alps. Of course there is a small part of the Apennin Mountains in Italy inside the square. But I think it's easier for both (cacher and checker) to prove a square of coordinates.
Until now there were no logs to the cache, which referred to a found outside the Alps.

You will have to wait till a script writer has time to adjust the script that why I marked this topic as a "New script required"

Just an FYI,

I am working on a checker for this extending the earlier referenced checker. It seems to work fine. I need to make it a little more general. The box is hardcoded at this point.

However I am not planning on adding too much flexibility as new checkers of this sort are verboten.

The checker is not particularly generic as there are not expected to be many tags. if this is not true please let me know. I will gladly extend the interface.
