please, help me to create tag for new challenge cache proposal: GC8FY9E.
It's Jasmer with a twist.

Conditions:
Find at least 1 cache, placed in each month of the year, for at least 13 years.
Years do not have to be consecutive.
Checksum - in total we need to find 13 x 12 = 156 caches, placed in different months each, from Jan to Dec, over 13 years.

P.S.
I'm referring to cache placement dates / months / years.
This idea is publishable from my reviewer stand-point.

Format of checker outcome can be anything available.
