[Resolved] Checker error GC8GXCY and GC8A0M8

There is a problem with the points awarded for the Head-In-The-Ground-Award for some users. It works fine for me, DrPflug. It reports 2 (it should actually display -2, can that be fixed?) and gives me bronze = 0 points. But user "8Nuts MotherGoose" also only has -2 but the checkers for these two challenges show 5465 Diamond = 4. Please check this.

I have sent a message to pieterix who is the scriptwriter

Changed the display to be negative for "The Head-In-The-Ground Award". I suspect 8Nuts MotherGoose has found a cache that's listed as 5465 meters below sea level. This might be one of the caches that's sometimes excluded from statistics, so maybe I need to adjust the script to ignore those? Let me hunt for that list...

I think you are right. 8Nuts Mothergoose wrote this to me.....
I have many Locationless (Backwards) caches found. I'll bet it's one of those listed near the North Pole or in some other ocean. The Badgegen page probably ignores Locationless, but the Checker looks at them. The Arctic Ocean is over 4000 meters deep.

Right, it appears to be due to GC60CF which was found by 8Nuts MotherGoose. It's a Locationless (Reverse) Cache. Does anybody know if they are excluded from the BadgeGen?

Yes, they are excluded from Badgegen. Badgegen shows the lowest elevation found by 8Nuts Mothergoose as -2.

Okay, script modified to exclude Locationless caches from the two elevation badges as well as The Travelling Cacher. Please let me know if that resolves the problem.

Yes, problem is resolved. Thanks. I'd love to know why the elevation of that locationless cache somewhere in Indiana is 18,000 feet below sea???? LOL
