we need a challenge Checker for a NEW GC Challenge we want to publish.
(The reviewer has already confirmed that it complies to the guidelines.)

The conditions are:

1.) you must have found at least 1 geocache on a friday, the 13th
AND
2.) You need to have found 13 geocaches hidden on Friday 13th
