Can the checker be amended to discount locationless - I have asked the CO to consider this and he doesnt want 'locationless' but hasn't done anything about it - my output ends up with 2 locationless (td)

Under normal circumstances I'd say the CO will have to confirm that change, but since I can't find the original request for a checker and Cyprus is listed as part of Europe in the cache listing, I've dropped the override for Cyprus to Asia.
