[Resolved] New checker for GC8JNDC

This will be called VT 100 Every Day and Month Challenge

This is the combination of the other two challenges I sent you recently.

As the first criterion, everyone must have at least 100 Vermont finds, of any type.
The second is to have attained 100 for each of the 12 months, and 100 for each of the 31 dates, so that they have no less than 100 in each of the columns of the "Finds for every date" chart.
