Re: HELP...Looking to amend the generic Jasmer Checker for GC6TDNY (unpublished)

I am looking to amend the existing generic Jasmer Challenge checker for a series of challenges we have in Ireland. It is based on completing the hidden months grid for complete calendar years.
Our Sapphire level will require cachers to have found caches in all months for 15 complete years.
At present that would start on January 1st 2001 and finish on December 31st 2015.
I am wondering if it is possible to write a script that checks for the previous 15 complete calendar years or whether I would have to change the script start and end point every New Year?

We have completed the Jasmer grid ourselves so are eligible to publish this but just want to satisfy the Challenge check requirement.
The final Diamond level ( every month since geocaching began in May 2000) was not a problem due to the excellent checkers already available here
Any advice would be much appreciated
