[Resolved] GC8WK41 - Checker Adjustment Required

Cache https://coord.info/GC8VRRQ was archived. This new cache requires the same checker but with modifications. Remove the requirements for the Daily Cacher, the Calendar Cacher and the Jasmer Cacher. Lower the qualifying threshold to 5 of the 25 items. and address and concerns noted by Groundspeak HQ. I know Pieterix was working on this but here is a new thread to provide status.
