[Resolved] Requesting checker for GC8XN57

This is in my VT 100 challenge series. This one has two qualifications:

1. Must have 50 caches in Vermont, any type except locationless
2, Must have at least 100 finds with attribute "tourist friendly", can be from anywhere.
