I am aware that "111 caches in July IN ONE YEAR" is NOT a valid challenge cache.

However, would it be possible to have this as an OPTIONAL and ADDITIONAL checker?

Could you change the number from 111 to 123 --- thank you!

Yes it is possible but not allowed
If you get a checker with an optional content of one year the reviewer or HQ will not approve the checker

or if you place a second checker a second checker on your listing this is not allowed either

Challenge checker requirements
Your challenge cache may be disabled or archived if the associated challenge checker does not work properly. Make sure that your checker and cache page meet these requirements:

A challenge cache page can only include one challenge checker.
The GC code on the challenge checker must match the GC code of the associated challenge cache page.
The challenge checker must verify that a player does or does not qualify to log a challenge cache as found.
