I would like a volunteer to help me make a checker that would verify that the finder has found 10 of the 20 caches in Iowa with the most favorite points (most favorited? most favored?)

I do not know if it makes a difference in the checker whether or not it is only active caches or any caches. I know I qualify with at least 10/20 active Iowa caches but am not sure if I have any with high numbers that have been archived.
