I would like to request a checker for a new challenge cache GC906NW - Go The Extra Kilometer Challenge.

requirements:
- 5 finds including both of the attributes: boat required plus long hike (+10km), and located within the province of Ontario, Canada.

Testing is partially successful: the attribute check seems to be working, but it isn't restricting to caches only placed in Ontario
