Looks like they all need to be in Arizona too, so I included that criterion.

The output includes the '%'s I added to escape the characters used to define regular expressions, but I think it should be good enough.

ETA: It's not worth writing a new script for this, since such challenges are no longer allowed. This at least checks the conditions, even if the output is a bit strange.
