[Resolved] Need Change to GC956QE

The reviewer asked me to make it easier because I couldn't come up with a list of 10 cachers in my area within 100 miles who already qualify for this challenge. So, I'd like to lower the Texas county requirement from 7 counties to 6. Then I will resubmit for publication. NOTE: In case it matters, the name of this Challenge is now "The Texas County 7x6 Challenge"
