[Resolved] Checker Request GC96BE3 64 + 1 County Challenge

I would like a checker for a new cache. Must have found caches in at least 64 US counties and found all the counties in at least one US state. Any cache that shows the county completed on the project-gc map counts for this challenge.
I would like the checker to list the total number of US counties found and which US state(s) have been completed.

This request does not fit the config of a normal multitest script.

Can a scriptwriter make a new script which excludes
1.) "types": "Locationless (Reverse) Cache"
2.) Travelling/moving caches - an official list maintained by Geocaching HQ

At the moment District of Columbia is counted as a region.

I think the District of Columbia should only count as a county because it is not a State
